1/What's the relationship between a New Moon & Full Moon?

Is the Full Moon a culmination of something that started in the New Moon?

Can't "see" that.

A Capricorn New Moon culminating in a Cancer Full?

How do those tie themselves together?

2/ Also just noticed that Eclipses can be North or South Node located.

I thought they had to be North Node conjunctions to be an Eclipse.

Is that true ? and if so is there a fundemental difference?

How's it going out there in Reality Land ?

3/ Anybody like to recommend "The Book" on Eclipses or failing that theory of New/ Full Moons?

A Lunar eclipse happens when the Sun and the Moon are in opposition near the Nodal Axis. It can be both ways - either the Moon conjoining the North Node and the Sun conjoining the South Node, or vice versa. A Solar eclipse happens when then Sun and the Moon are conjoining near either of the Nodes.

That's why eclipses happen in pairs: there's a few weeks between a Lunar eclipse and a Solar eclipse, then about a half year between, and then another pair of eclipses. The next "eclipse season" starts with a Solar eclipse in 7th February, followed by a Lunar eclipse in 21st February. Then there's another eclipse season in August. Eclipses are important, if they happen on a planet in a natal chart, the orb is about two degrees at most. They indicate change in the area signified by the natal planet.

My question is in what way does the Capricorn part of the last New Moon relate to the Cancer part of the Full Moon.

I don't see how a Capricorn seed can grow into a Cancer Flower.
