Sagittarius, Capricorn, widows and widowers

On p.311 of
Christian Astrology, Lilly writes:
That woman who doth depart from her husband or become a widow, the Moon being between the seventeenth degree of Sagittarius, and the first minute of Capricorn, shall never return or marry. Whoso is espoused to a wife the Moon being in the first 12 degrees of Capricorn, shall lose her before marriage, or die within 6 months, or live in discord with her.
In the margin he states that this is "An Arabic aphorism, not overmuch to be credited without consent of other significators".
But I am still curious as to how this aphorism developed. I have been trying to find it in some of the source texts that Lilly used but I've drawn a blank so far.
Has anyone else seen comments that relate to this rule, or does anyone have any opinions as to how it came about?

Ah, just a flu.
Zahel says that, for marriage, "Sagittarius also is evil, and similarly the beginning half of Capricorn, and the end is good"
Using tropical mansions of the moon, we have Abeda or Albeldach, 17 Sagittarius 8 to 0 Capricorn
Robson called it Al Baldah and says: "Favourable for building, planting and sowing, business, traveling, and legal transactions, but bad for marriage as it conducts to divorce."

really useful Yuzuru - thank you! Do you have a reference to where Zahel says that? Anything you can give me will be helpful because I'd like to look at this more closely and see what it says in the Latin.

The quote from Zahel (Sahl Ibn Bishr) is from the Electional book: "The Seventh Sign or the Seventh House with its Elections, and First about Marriage"
He gives what signs are good and bad, not very different from dorotheus and robson
