Ruler of 4th is Mercury
Mercury is at 5'35 of Gemini.

Ruler of the next home is Saturn
Saturn is at 1'40 of Virgo

Mercury and Saturn are in square.
For me that is answer: NO!

Moon is not POF, has sextile with Mars in more than one degree,
but that doesn't help me much.

For me that is never ending story and I have feeling I am going to die here, where I am very unhappy.

My origin Country is Croatia and I live now in Slovenia (both are parts of ex-Yugoslavia). The place is Trzic.
