Hi there, I was wondering if I could get some feedback on a wedding chart for June 20, 2009 at approximately 12:00 in St. Louis, MO.

What I see about this chart is that we would generally be setting our own course - doing it our own way and not for us as individuals but for the universe. We would have to be willing to change and accept new information. We could work as a team. We would be an adventuresome couple. I was concerned about Saturn conjunct the Asc. and Moon at zero degree gemini. The 5th house cusp is ruled by saturn, how does this work out for children..

I was also looking at Nov. 21 but has had some concerns, such as moon in capricorn, the t-square with venus, mars and neptune, and another t-square with pluto, uranus and saturn. Which looks like a more promising chart, if either?

I wouldn't by any means use the first one with a peregrine Saturn rising and waning VOC Moon.
The November one is not bad imo, but at noon that ugly homeless malefic is right on angle, so I would wait some 20 minutes, so that Jupiter is still rising, but Mars declines. Aquarius with Jupiter rising is really fine. Yes, the squares, etc, but you won't get a perfect election, never!
Personally this is only favourable for the one born in Springield, whose ASC ruler is rising in the wedding chart.

Thank you Skar for your input. The Nov. 21st date has a wedding time of approx. 4pm. when taurus is rising and scorpio is in the 7th house. I was also looking at June 22nd at approx. 4pm. I liked the sun/moon conjunction in cancer in the 8th. I liked the venus/mars conjunction in the 7th. The moon would also be waxing just following the new moon. It is also around the time of the summer solstice and holds special meaning related to this time. Mecury in Gemini.

There is a good aspect between Sun & Moon
Moon is not VOC

I am not sure about moon having a good final aspect before going VOC and how to find this out

Sun is not approaching a sq. or opposition w/Saturn

There is no mercury rx at this time

One problem - I don't have Venus applying to a good aspect with the Moon or Mercury

Another possible problem - Venus is squaring Neptune, Chiron, & MC and opposing AC (but I think a 7th Venus is desired)

I have avoided Venus in aries, virgo, or scorpio

I have a good aspect between venus & mars, although mars is in detriment in taurus. Would the opposition from the Scorpio asc. help this at all?

Moon is waxing

I am not sure if there is a good applying Saturn aspect. There is a bad applying square with Mecury though.

Look at what sign the Moon is in (you say it is Cancer). Look at what degree it is at. If, say, it is at four degrees, see what aspects it will make to other planets (not Chiron or angles) before it goes VOC. It goes VOC, as I am sure you are aware, as soon as it passes the last planet it makes a ptolemic aspect with before it changes sign. Does that make sense? So if it is at 4 cancer - or any degree up to whatever planet it makes it's final aspect with, in this case Uranus at 26 Pisces, then that will be the final aspect pre VOC.... a trine to Uranus.

Happy date hunting.... but be sure, the synastry and composite have a lot more bearing on the outcome of your marriage than the date and time you make your vows, so it's a good idea to hire an experienced astrologer to look very thoroughly at those charts for you
