I did a horary asking what the weather will be like for Boston, this month for the 27, 28, and 29th. The question was asked on September 16, 10:40 am, Plattsburgh, NY. The rising sign is 9 Scorpio 4'34''.

The subject involves a special trip to Boston (9th house) to attend a conference related to web programming (also 9th house). I'm using the technique John Frawley laid out in his Horary Textbook on pages 238-240. The event is the ruler of the ninth house, the Moon. Moon is in the 5th, after the conference we will go out to a local pub near Cambridge.

Moon, the event, is in ares, hot and dry, so the weather for that time of year will be warm and not rainy or at least very limited rain. How hot and dry? Mars is in Libra a warm moist sign, so significantly warmer than usual for the time of year, but with more moisture in the air than ares alone would give. Mercury gives wind and venus some moisture, coolness, and directs Mercury's wind from the south. Venus is a benifict in her own sign makes nice weather. Verdict: warmer than usual and blustery, but basically nice days.
