Good Horary Courses

Can anyone recommend a good horary course for beginners that I can take online or via email? Or perhaps even in CD format? There are so many, I don't know where to begin.
I really appreciate any comments.

Yes! I did go through the lessons here and I really appreciate the work Deb Houlding has done. This is a great and very informative site.
I guess I want more and am looking for a step-by-step approach for a real beginner. I'm looking at Carol Wiggers course. Has anyone any experience with her?
