Does anyone have a reference from antiquity for the associations of Virgo of belly/womb; servants/ slaves; animals.

in the latest edition of 'Rhetorius the Egyptian' translated by James H. Holden pg. 177 has Virgo associated with the belly, but in this sense I believe he means the entrails and digestive tract.
