When will I make more money again?

I've been chewing on this chart for a couple of months and getting no nearer to figuring out what it means, so I thought I would throw it out here for comment. I was unemployed for 6 months at the start of the year, then finally got a job in July that pays half what I used to earn. I have enough for essentials, but nothing for things like clothes, books, or much food.

The chart is for August 2, 2009, 8:02 a.m. PDT, Portland, OR.
(I have yet to succeed at posting a chart here.)

The Asc is 2 Virgo 59, so almost too soon to ask, but I think close enough. The 2nd house cusp is 25 Virgo 23 - I think this means the question gets Mercury (29 Leo 26) as its significator, while I get the Moon (3 Cap 23). Unfortunately, the Moon is ahead of Mercury, which will never catch up. Mercury is void of course to any planets, but within 31 mins of conjuncting Regulus. I don't know if this is important. Also one of my books states that a significator at 29 degrees is indicative of an "end of your rope" situation and you should look to the sign it is moving into (in this case Virgo) to see whether the outcome will be good or bad.

The chart seems like it might be showing a positive outcome (I hope), but I can't figure out where to look for timing, or if it's even possible.

HOW TO POST A CHART:
1. Go to www.astro.com/ to create a free astrology chart
2. Save the chart to your desktop as an image file
3. Upload the image file using TinyPic's website defaults: www.tinypic.com/:
a.) Click the "Browse" button to locate the image file on your desktop
b.) Don't change any of the settings, just click "Upload Now"
4. From there you can do one of two things:
a.) Post the chart directly into the forum: copy/past the link from "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards"
b.) Post a link to the chart in the forum: copy/paste the link from "Direct Link for Layouts"

Maybe you should look at the timing via the Moon to Saturn in the 1st, a co-sig for you and your current problem (timing is in 16 months). The Moon is also in a sign of Saturn, indicating hard times. Saturn is the only planet the Moon will even aspect before it changes signs.

Though, Deborah already mentioned to beware of charts with Saturn in the 1st when the astrologer is the querent. There are two things that make this chart questionable - early degree ASC and Saturn in the 1st. I didn't check the planetary hour ruler to see if it is in agreement, but you might want to check that as well. I'd wonder if the chart is valid.

Unfortunately, the Moon has just entered Capricorn and is slower than its average daily motion, so I think this is likely just the beginning of your financial situation being tight. Your money sig being void of aspect, at a critical degree, and the Moon having no future aspect to it all seem to support this.

Regulus is a benefic fixed star, but I don't know if it's enough to overcome the Saturn influences here.
