Will my Boyfriend win the court case ?

1
Hello ! This is Minami, a greenhorn in horary.

Recently,my boyfriend subjected to a defendant of a criminal case, the hearing will be on mid of next month. I would like to ask about if he will win this court case. Chart link is as below.

Time: Oct 6, 2009
16:04 Hong Kong (GMT+8 )

Coz I asked the question, I am the Asc, and I turned the chart for my Bf to see his situation.

Bf = H7 = Mercury
Opponent = H1 (7th from H7) = Jupiter
Judge = H4 (10th from H7) = Moon
Result = H10 (4th from H7) = Jupiter
Bf?s lawyer & witnesses = H8 (2nd from H7) = Venus
Opponent?s lawyer & witnesses = H2 (8th from H7) = Mars

First of all, I saw Bf?s significator Mercury is in its own sign ? Virgo.
He is in a favourable position.

His lawyer and witnesses ? Venus also in his house.
But Venus falls in Virgo. Is it indicate the lawyer cannot help my Bf ?
Opponents? lawyer is Mars, it also falls in Cancer, both lawyers are fall, is it mean both are not a good lawyer ?

Secondly, the Opponent is Jupiter, makes no aspect to my Bf.
The Judge is Moon, exalt. in Tanrus, it shows how powerful he is.
The Judge (Moon) squares Jupiter, and trine Mercury (BF), is it means may the Judge is favour my Bf more than the Opponent ?

The result is rule by Jupiter, I don?t know what it implies. :?

Lastly, the POF is in my Bf?s house, I hope it means good fortune is with him and give him more chance to win.

Sorry that if I put the above in a wrong way.
Can anyone give me their opinions to my chart ?

Thank you !

Cheers,
Minami

Hi,

You said it was a criminal trial - does this mean there is a possibility he may go to jail?

One issue I have - I am not sure if I would turn the chart. In some cases I would run a chart as though the person concerned had asked it because it is really on their behalf that I have asked. Especially since this is a double bodied sign on the ascendant - showing both of you. But as I say I am not entirely sure about this since it's a bit like asking 'will we/my side win?'

Also since we have the same rulers for 1 and 10, and 4 and 7 it is possible to use the Moon as co-significator of the querent and this helps to separate the 1st and 10th house.

The 4th house is ruled by Mercury - not Moon.

One interesting thing though, the ruler of the 1st house is in the 12th and the ruler of the turned 1st house is in the turned 12th house!

This doesn't look good. However if you look at the Moon as co-significator, it's next aspect is to Jupiter - the Judge. There are no receptions between Moon and Jupiter. Also the moon is moving towards 3rd house - 'falling'. All in all maybe not the best.

Also the 4th house shows the verdict and it is in the 7th house which does not bode well for your bf.

I am reluctant to look into this in too much detail as I would be interested to know other people's opinions about the actual significators I have used first!

Hi HoraryQueen,

Yes, he may have a chance to go jail.

I misread the rulership of 4H, yes it should be Mercury.
And Mercury is in my Bf's house (7H).
Is it mean the outcome is good to him ?

Hi Susan,

Ok, then, the result is 4H, Mercury. It is in 7H(Bf's) and the sign is Virgo which rulership is Mercury...so I just thought it is a favourable position, isn't it ? :-?

Cheers,
Minami

Hi,

In my original post I questioned whether or not you would turn the chart. Maybe that's something to consider - don't know what other people think. Sometimes I feel it's a bit intuitive about whether or not we should turn it if we are kind of asking the question for the person, on their behalf so to speak. Also with the double bodied signs on the asc/desc. as it's like 'will we win the case'.

But if you give 7th house to the bf then would the 4th not have to be turned - so it would be Jupiter - in the 12th or the turned 6th.
