Hello. I've run into so many source refs. for the philology and etymology of the word 'Abraxas' that Im stymied.
I've developed a curiousity in the subject due to the 'Sun' and the Gnostic associations [by some sources] and the legend about the formation of the word as per in regard to the planets.
Does anyone feel they can lead me in the right direction here?
