I write on the B.B.C. Open University forums, all thread sections are monitored before they are allowed to show up, so there isn't any bad lanquage, and follows strict guide lines.

Rather than try writing all this again, can i leave a link to the B.B.C. science and technology forum, where i write?

I use Starlight (Brady) plus other astronomy programmes, but i'm not interested in the projected measure on fixed stars, which isn't accurate, but parans being the astronomical way of looking at electional astrology.

Day marking is very common, this can be by the Egyptian way sunrise, or the ancient Greek way being sunset, the modern way of day marking is also included being midnight.

If i'm allowed to leave a link, please turn page at bottom, there are 20 pages, and i have enough research for another 20 pages at least, all have moderate links attached for easy access, mostly wikipedia, which generally give other links for research.

Please note i'm not a conspiracy theorist, in fact my observations have led me to believe that many but not all secret societies wanted to give us democracy, and many died trying to gain this!

When i first visited this forum several years ago, i wasn't ready and politics with this type of study can get in the way, i have grown since then, and i would hope to see comments in my study in this area.

Lets start with a different area from the above links.

What type of restaurant in London in the 1880's would you have to go to, to rub shoulders with political reformers, coupled with those interested with esoteric religious philosophy?

The Indian Male was Gandhi, and the type of restaurant was "Vegetarian".

How could a vegetarian diet have esoteric beliefs, perhaps not now, but in the 1880's?

Remember sunrise, sunset or midnight as a clue to Hermetic simplistic astrology.

Sunrise in Ramsgate using an astronomy programme or Brady's Starlight happened at 06:03:01am on 30th September 1847, while Sirius was culminating in the centre of the sky, straight up from South, within the astrologers four minute margin, so why would the vegetarian society have a Greek/Egyptian philosophy when they started?

The answer being that during that period that vegetarians were often called Pythagoreans, and may have followed that philosophy!

Now the Pythagoreans were interested in two symbols, one featured above is "The Monad", and this symbol is still used in astrology and astronomy to represent the Sun, another symbol they used was a pentagram and in esoteric philosophy this symbol can be Venus or Sirius.

But it wasn't only Pythagoreans that visited vegetarian restaurants in London in the 1880's, which i will show in the next thread section.

Firstly lets look at a noted vegetarian, Henry S. Salt, who had a big effect on Gandhi's emerging philosophy, as he had written a book on Henry David Thoreau.

Although Gandhi couldn't always stop violence, i must say that i liked his principles, which is my opinion.

During the height of the British Empire there were a lot of social reformers that didn't agree with our position in India, and this led to an alliance between those interested and had sympathy for Indian mysticism, and a great interest in the Hindu religion, and those social reformers that thought that having an empire in India was wrong!

Strangely enough, much that helped Gandhi, was discussed in the Vegetarian restaurants of London in the 1880's, and into this mix came the Fabian Society that i will discuss next, however there were other "Societies".

A quick check on Brady's starlight will tell you that the Sun rose at 06:05:44am in London, within the four minute astrologers margin, you will find Sirius culminating, straight up from South, on the M.C. or middle of the sky!

Now the philosophy of the Fabian Society was similiar to Gandhi, not advocating big battles, but tactics of harassment and attrition, notable tactics of the Roman General Quintus FABIUS Maximus, that the Fabian Society is named after!

Who amoung the early stars of the Fabian Society had an interest in Sun Worship, astrology and the myths and legends of ancient cults and wrote books on the subject in relation to Christian beliefs showing what was common to all religions....he was also a vegetarian?

From his book "Pagan and Christian Creeds", although i would have to disagree with him with his comments that many pagan gods were born on or near Christmas Day.

This is confusing as many pagan gods were allegedly born near the end of the year, however in many countries in ancient times, the year ended in the Summer, therefore the Osiris myth and birth is regarded to be in the Summer, a few days before the end of the year!

It was the Emperor Aurelian that changed Osiris dates to the end of the Julian Year because of conflict over religion in the vast Roman Empire, even though his religion was the Sun God Sol Invictus.

I have no Idea of George Bernard Shaw's philosophy regarding religious beliefs, however it has to be noted that there were two important women in his life that had strange beliefs.

Annie Horniman helped him a great deal in his career, and later become a member of The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn!

Many Theosophist's were vegetarian, so would meet in vegetarian restaurants in the 1880's in London, so would meet with Gandhi.

This link mentions Gandhi being introduced to Madame Blavatsky and Annie Besant.....i wonder if Gandhi's life would have been different if he hadn't been a vegetarian?

Generally if secret society astrology is used i have found it only marked at the start or end of the day with Alnilam or Sirius, the three starts of day being sunrise, sunset or midnight, and it is marked on one of the four angles.

Therefore i would be looking at sunset on this date, which happened at 18:16:48pm, and by using Starlight we find Alnilam, Belt of Orion exactly on the Nadir within the four minute margin!

I'm Not knocking but explaining, and it is interesting that many of the same alignments crop up in the emerging independence parties In India.

On 1st March 1888 in London the Sun rose at 06:50:25am, while Alnilam, Belt of Orion, star of Osiris was within four minutes of being exactly aligned to the Nadir, straight down from North on any astronomy programme.

The Theosophists chose sunset, the Golden Dawn chose sunrise, other than that the alignment is the same!
