i tried to find which house and or planet represents security vetting when you applied for a role under the ministry of justice

If you applied for an occupation, the 10th ruler is suffice to ask if you will get the job. I am an American, so I don't understand what a security-vetting position is exactly. It sounds like it might be governmental or related to computer technology? Government is usually 10th and Saturn is the planet I associate most with this subject. Technology is more likely 3rd, and Mercury (we don't use the outer planets, like Uranus).
