Hi,

There are two points of natal astrology I don't know how to interpret.

It's the how rather than the what.

It's to do with signs on cusps.


So first example is my Mum

Herefore, England, 01.20 am, 28 Mar 1921

So that gives Pisces on the cusp of here 3rd and Aries on the 4th.

Now Uranus and Jupiter move into Aries in June 2010 so will that impact her 4th house as Aries is on the 4th house cusp or her 3rd house as that is physically where the transiting planets are to be ?

No idea and I'd rather know before.


Secondly and similarly is me.

Irvine, Scotland, 16.36pm, 10th March 1963

You'll see that I have Pisces crossing the cusp of the 7th and 8th but Aries covering the majority of 8th but cusping the 9th.

So when Uranus and Jupiter make it into Aries will this be an 8th house matter for me or a 9th house ?

Again no idea !!!!

I gather you are working with Placidus?

For your chart, when Jupiter reaches 23? Pisces, it will enter the 8th and have an influence on 8th house matters up and untill it reaches 19? Aries when it enters the 9th and have an influence over the matters of that house. Planets in these houses or rulers/almutens if aspected by transit could trigger events depending on the state of Jupiter [in your example] and the promise [if any] of your natal chart.

When working with quadrant house systems I focused my attention primarily on transits to Asc. and Mc [and their rulers/almutens]
