My bookshop has a handwritten early 19th century notebook copy of this text, and any horoary / electional astrologers amongst you want to come down and spend some time with it, you are warmly welcome to do so.

The table (apparently a 'key') is used to calculate such things as which horse will win a horse race at a certain date and time. Example charts are given for exact times of horse races in the 18th century, for the learner to study whilst mastering the system.

I am not an astrologer but, as an historian, I do know that it was recommended by one member of the Order of the Golden Dawn to another... Frederick Hockley had it at John Denley's occult bookshop in the early 19th century in Covent Garden. Two known copies exist other than that in our possession: one at the British Library, one at the Wellcome. Our copy is ultimately looking for a buyer, but if it catches anyone's fancy here, I'm more than happy to make it available for study at the shop.
