Looking back at the history, Norway won its first qulification game against Iceland, whereas Portugal sensationally drew with Cyprus. So far as I could find, there were 3 mutual games, all Norway losed.

As I mentioned once on the cite, I think that the radicality or non-radicality of a chart is not so much an issue of whether the bookies fave would win or lose, but rather an issue whether the current trend would continue or change. If teams are playing against each other for a number of times, there is some history behind all that stuff which has a certain tendency (for example, teams have drawn 6 of their last 8 games). The radicality of the chart means that this trend would continue, the non-radicality that it would derogate somewhere. In majority of cases, the bookies fave is also the fave in mutual games, but there are exceptions. So you should always look at the statistics.

The chart in hand is radical with Aries rising and Jupiter being the lord of hour. Norway playing in red is ASC, so Mars is its significator. Portugal is playing in white and green, Venus is its significator.
We see that Scorpio, the sign believed to be ruling Norway, is fully engulfed in VII. Mars, rulling ASC and MC by exaltation, though being in his own terms in Libra, is deep in VII and controlled by Venus, L7. Such his position I consider as a considerable disadvantage for Norway. Mars is applying by trine to R Neptune, the ruler of Pisces. Unfortunately, Neptune receives Mars only in his terms, which I believe is of little help. Saturn, natural significator of North countries, L 10, is also controled by Venus, L 10. POF sextiles Venus' (which is natural significator of countries with mild climate) antisca.
Venus is in the last degree of Libra, which is believed to be an unhappy position of the planet. But I am not sure whether this testimony will help Norway to get something out of this game. Too may indications against it.
The Moon has just seperated from Mars A and is applying to R Mercury, which rules intercepted Virgo in VI. Mercury seems to be more apt for Portugal's significator rather than Norway's.

My prediction is Portugal.

It seems that it is not worth casting a look at this chart. By odds all is clear. Denmark is the strong fave and must wipe off the pitch, Iceland has no chances.
I have spoiled many good bets because of my greed addiding so called safe bets "1.10, 1.15, 1.20, 1.30" without looking at the chart. My grim experience teaches that nothing is safe.

The chart is not radical. I found the strongest irradicality it could ever be - Aries rising and Saturn being the lord of hour. It is usally a strong indication for the underdog. Probably, Aquarius rising and Sun being the lord of hour, is more unpredicatable.

The same considerations as in the previous chart. Denmark playing in red is controlled by Venus, the significator of Island. Venus as dispositor also controls Saturn, L of hour and MC.

Pluto R is directly on the cusp of MC, which I consider as a sign that Denmark's expected 3 points may be burried.

Probably, a salvage for Denmark may be the circumstance that the chart becomes radical in 15 minutes after the kick of with Jupiter becoming the lord of hour.

I am not sure whether the testimonies I mentioned will be enough for Iceland to win, but I expect a tough game.

Unfortunately wrong with both. Not a good day. However, I seem to be on the right track now.

Frankly, I expected a sensation in Denmark - Iceland.

There was another game Bulgaria - Montenegro with an almost the same chart.

In both charts antisca POF is combust. I have no experience with POF antisca combust, but from my experience I can say that POF combust + a non-radical chart is the underdog's game.

In the chart Bulgaria - Montenegro R Pluto (02 48 31 Capricorn) is half a degree inside the 10th, in Denmark - Iceland R Pluto was just on the cusp.
When Bulgaria - Montenegro finished, I expected the same result in Denmark - Iceland. But no.
Probably in international games most credence should be given to the rulers of relevant countries.
Denmark is believed to be an Aries country. R Pluto is the second ruler of Aries. His position right on MC probably saved Denmark with a late minutes goal.

In Norway - Portugal, I obviously misinterpreted the symbolism. With handsight it is obvious. Jupiter R, is both the ruler of Pisces, believed to rule Portugal, and the lord of hour. Mars is his dispositor and so controls him. Besides, Mars is applying by trine to R Neptune, the modern ruler of Pisces who is in his terms, of which I said that it would be of little help. I was wrong, obviously it helped.

Actually, it is a pretty reliable indicator to predict a winner if you see that the significator of one team is the dispositor of the other team's significator. The winner is the team whose significator is other's dispositor.

The radicality of chart if the lord of hour is retrograde is a tricky thing. It sometimes has a tendency to change the trodden path. And it was the case.

So far I have found reliable only the radicality by exaltation, I have 7 charts so far, in all the faves won regardless of Moon's aspects.
