Lilly's Next Lunar Aspect 1 by Clinton Soule Dear Forum, Most of the time we of the horary artist community seek mainly to answer the quesited or house of the matter. Most of you who have been devoutly studying Lilly have looked at the last aspect of the Moon and the the coming aspect; which show the last thing that happend to the querant and respectively the future of the querant regarding the next aspect the moon will make. I have answered a horary recently with the help of the Forum as it had Saturn separating from the 7th, and within Lilly's 5 degree rule. http://www.astro.com/cgi/chart.cgi?cid= ... fix=1&ast= In veiwing the opposition of the Moon within a one degree orb to the Sun and applying, with the Sun being lord of the horary's 5th, I'm seeing a coming separation of a child from the parent(querant). Knowing the querant is afraid of losing the child, and the querant has had at least one extramarital affair as well as is in danger of being put for a while in the 12th house for a while. Querant has the Natal ruler of the ascendant cjt. the natal 12th cusp, with a natal Asc. of Cancer. It is my oppinion *If* I'm reading this correctly using Lillys methods that the Horary's Moon opposition the the Horary's Sun, lord of the horary's 5th, that the querant is about to lose the child within about a month. I thought about an extramarital affair as possibility being terminated, as the querant at this time seems not trully able to tell the truth; and states that nothing in the affair area is going on. The qurant has a great fear of losing the child and if this is the case from the horary like adept lilly did I'm obligated to tell the querant. As stated with Saturn separating from the 7th, I've felt apprehensive and limited on giving this verdict. I'd say due to the coming behavior of the querant they will lose the child in about a month. Or is it just a temporary separation for a few months or years? Clinton Garrett Soule Quote Thu Feb 10, 2011 8:15 pm
2 by Tom a) According to your previous post in the horary section, the question is this: "If I go back to California to live will my erased DUI from Canada force me to return and deal with it? " The question is not only confusing on its own, but has nothing to do with the loss of a child, much less a sexual affair. b) How does the Moon applying to the Sun, Lord 5, indicate separation from querent, who is represented by Mars, Lord 1? I would think separation would be indicated by Lord 5 separating from Lord 1. I would clear this up, note the time, and then cast the chart. [/u] Quote Thu Feb 10, 2011 9:16 pm

In doing past horarys, and looking at the last or past aspect of the Moon and seeing in hindsight what has just happened, and telling a querant what has just passed based upon the last aspect of the Moon according to the method of Lilly, I've had great success. But with Saturn cjt. the Asc., I've had some limitations on this one. I'm sure Lilly would have loved to have consultants of horary in his time as readily available as Deb's Skyscript.com Forums; and he would possibly have never deferred judgment if he had such an avenue of expertise at his fingertips. Tom, the Forum will have forgive my Aquarius positions, many times I know what I'm trying to say, but I have troubles getting it understood by the other. What I understood from Lilly is 'that the next aspect of the Moon shows what will happen to the querant in the very near future'; not nessasarily concerning the quesited but just the querant's future in general according to the particular horary. Tom as you have stated that the Lord of the 5th should be separating from lord of the first if this was the horary in question. However I evidently have misunderstood Lilly about predictions he made from lunar aspects as we all know he had in depth analysis of horaries like all of us aspire to practice. 4 by Tom I don't know that the Moon is given equal strength in every question. She is the general co-significator of the querent. Some say she represents the querent's emotional state, and while the Moon's next aspect can and sometimes does show what will happen next, it is usually within the greater context of the question. It's not a stand alone that tells us what will happen when other things in the chart tell us it won't. Quote Sat Feb 12, 2011 12:38 pm
5 by Clinton Soule Tom, Thanks again for your insight. I'm just going to have to keep reading Lilly on this concept of the Moon's Last and Next Applying aspect. Good to hear your grasp upon the Moon according to Lilly, for I know that you and others via the Forum have many more years of studying Lilly than I have at present.
