Correspondance with Officials, Old files and a 10th Planet

I have gone through my old files and scanned some 50 documents pertaining to correspondance with the Norwegian Government, Ministries, Officials and the like. http://www.astronor.com/Official_adm_eng.htm

The documents relate to a period from 1984 and up to the present date. They include documents from the Health Directorate, Telecommunication Authorities, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Oil and Energy, a letter from the Minister of Culture, the Prime Minister's Office, the Ministry of Culture- and Education, the Minstry of Culture- and Church, the Ombudsman, the University of Oslo, the Ministry of Justice and Police, etc.

Unfortunately, documents are in Norwegian. The Google translator doesn't do a satisfactory job and will not translate photographic documents. This makes it difficult for English speaking, however, some translations have been provided and there may be some of you out there that can make use of it.

Going through folders I also came across a prediction from 1985 postulating the discovery of a planet beyond Pluto on 3. Nov 1995. I held a lecture for the AA on this prediction. Al H. Morrison had it published and said: "Nothing less than the Hubble will discover it, but then Challenger exploded - so now you are right on Target". Through 1995 I debated the thesis in a local newspaper with a scientist as the worthy opponent.

The prediction didn't work out quite as expected, yet when people opened their newspapers on Nov 3. 1995, they were still choking on the coffee. There was the announcement of the discovery of the 10th Planet - not orbiting the Sun but another Star.

Although the mark set out to hit was missed, people following the debate thought the coincidence to represented a rather 'absurd goal'. Give and take 'a day or two' and a few trillion miles, readers were still impressed by the accuracy and close relevance, as it was in fact announced as the 10th Planet and the prediction had been made 10 years in advance. http://www.astronor.com/new_planet_prediction.htm
