Sai Baba passes away

Sai Baba passed away Sunday morning April 24.2011 at 07.40 a.m., 84 years old, at the hospital of Puttaparthi, India. This could be noted in terms of many other significant changes of the time, in terms of both leadership and spiritual leadership. What with the Dalai Lama resigning less than a month ago.

One of the delinations I offered in connection with the New Moon in April, Jupiter and opposite Saturn read that 'Many Giants may be due to Fall'. In the shadow of this lunation a lot of icons have passed away; Elizabeth Taylor, Wenche Foss (Nor), Hermod Skaanland (Nor), Grete Waitz (Nor), Eidind Solaas (Nor) Noria Ohga (inventor of CD), Sai Baba.

I could not say whether similar observations were made in other parts of the world, but they could be entered under this thread.

I was a bit unsure whether to call this thread 'Many Giants Fall' when I first started it. It is OK to have it tied up to the passing away of Sai Baba, but really it is about the many significant deaths or 'falls' that may have been expected or put in association with the New in April. The New Moon casts it shadow in either direction through time, both ahead of the New Moon and after.

Today, the breaking news of Bin Ladens death, but also the death of Sir Henry Cooper - another historical personality of our own time, who passed away yesterday on May 1.
