This copy (clearly the first and only edition of 1828) of astrologer John Worsdale's posthumous 'Celestial Philosophy' has been reduced by the seller to a Buy It Now price of $100 or bids from $75 after (s?)he failed to sell it for $250, $200 and $150.

In my humble opinion, the reason for the non-sale to date is simple: placement in the wrong category on eBay; mis-spelling of title in listing; failure to relate the book to the keyword 'astrology' in any part of the listing. Nonetheless, I caught it in my searches. Since I already have two first editions of this book, which is unavailable (in first edition form) from any other source, I'm not in the market for a third, but anyone interested in the development of traditional astrology through the late 18th / early 19th century astrological revival, in which Worsdale played a prominent part, has a potential bargain here, with one proviso:

The seller should be required to collate the book and confirm that all pages that should be present in a complete copy are prior to sale. I would advise any interested party to insist on this (you can contact the seller through eBay) before bidding or buying. Otherwise it would be a gamble, though in practice I see no reason to suspect that any pages are missing.

Normally this book sells for about $400 retail in used bookshops when bound. I once saw a disbound copy offered for only $200 or $250; it sold.
