US announces New Plans of Mars flight

We should follow this story;

The US announced New Plans today of a new Rocket plans to send Man to Mars for 2030. I found the story released at VG, 17.41 GMT, but it is found at the Associated Press at 18.20 GMT.

Mars: US got a Ticket to Ride?

Ouch! The would put the Moon at 16AR38 in opposition to Saturn at 16LI42. Mars the dispositor of the Moon and target of the travel close the degree of his fall at 27CN11. There is the reception between the Moon and Mars, 'My Home is Yours', but doesn't the opposition to Saturn represent an obstable?

In the thread of the recent tropical storm 'Irene', I pointed out that Mercury trine Jupiter today forms a midpoint that also is joined to the midpoint of Mars and the Moon's South node. As much as I would like to see humans reach the Red Planet within the next few decades, how are we supposed to interpret the details of the chart as plans have been made public earlier today? :???:

This news does not surprise me, Andrew. I have mentioned Sept 12 F Moo & the relation to travel and reaching new goals and destinations on astro.com..the formulation of degree symbolism interests me, sabians were interpreted in 1925. I wonder if the following degree had a symbol of say 'a rocket to the moon' it would have more meaning to it but then how would we use that interpretation in our more mundane down to earth affairs?

Well it works for me anyway. :)
Full Moon Sabians

#Sun 20#Vir - A group of automobiles comprise a caravan of settlers on the move; a fresh enthusiasm marks the party.

#Mon 20#Pis The window of a farmhouse yields its view of soft purple fields and the table is set for a quiet supper.

Both are about the fullfillment of desires..the #Sun shows the potential of reaching desires..the enthusiasm of the journey there.

the #Mon shows the desires are now expected to be fulfilled on an everyday basis.

I wonder if that symbol for the Moon suggests that the rocket to Mars is less a one-off event and more in hope of frequent trips or even a future settlement there?
