I am new in this forum.Thanks Deb to activate me as possible as she can! I am here for learning Horary.

5 days ago i asked myself this question ' Will I have a relationship with him?''

This is really big problem for me cuz I have intimidated feelings againist to him. He is from Spain, he is older than me 9 years.We are living different countries but doing the same job. Thus We have met.And i really like him.I am not sure his feelings. However He has a girl friend, I have boy friend too.

I am Aquarius, My ASC is Cancer Moon sign is Libra. He is Virgo I dont exactly know his birth time but his Moon sign is also Virgo.

In this chart there is one thing i could not understand...What is the mean of VOC Saturn,Mercury,Juno,Venus in 4 th house-Libra.

Could you comment this chart please? I really need it. Will i have a realtionship with him?

You're supposed to interpret the chart yourself. We only really contribute to offer our own views on what is ultimately your chart and your interpretation.

Also, you've included Juno and Ceres and Pallas etc. that most of us here don't use for horary :S

I noticed that your forum post was to put an horary question of your own. If you want just an answer to your horary, this forum is not the place for you, and you will find other resources over the web.

If you want to learn horary, we moderators sugest that you start by Deb?s excellent tutorial on horary (I started there myself!) and then to read other works, and follow the forum.

It is usually not in the best interest of the student to begin with our own charts... they have too much emotional charge over ourselves. It is best to start by commenting on other charts.

Yes, Yuzuru was kind enough to not remove this post, but normally this type of post would be deleted for not following the forum guidelines on the main page (written by Deb).

Deb has an excellent article on romance charts on this site, so I would recommend reading that if you are interested in learning about those types of charts. Reading your own charts can be difficult, even for professional astrologers, because it is hard to approach something personal without bias. If you are truly interested in getting a reading about your potential with this person, it would be better to seek a professional astrologer.
