I was wondering if Reception works across two people. Suppose a person has a planet in its fall or detriment, does he/she feel better with someone who has the ruler in that sign?

For example if a Woman has Moon in Capricorn and the Man has Saturn in Capricorn, does the Woman feels better (or received) in a relationship with that Man?
Some other examples would be:
1. Venus in Scorpio with somebody with Mars in Scorpio
2. Mercury in Pisces with somebody with Jupiter in Pisces
3. Sun in Libra with somebody with Venus in Libra

Has anyone experienced this kind of reception? It would be good to know.

Synastry isn't considered a traditional topic, although reception is. I suggest you post this question in the general nativities section as you might get more responses.
