Origin in horary charts

I was wondering how would one interpret a chart where the client asksa about his origin...I got a few lets say clients, because I interpret horary charts on another forum for practise ( its easier there because I do it n my native language whereas in english, not thaz m not fluent, but it would be more time consuming ) and there are a few who ask questions such as.... '' Do I have african blood'' because its been discovered that their acenstors came from Africa etc.
I was hesitant at first to try and interpret charts like that because of the sheer fact that, Im not experienced enough, but I attemted a few times.

I tried to see how it was like to read a chart like that and asked a question about my origin, since I am partly Latino, and got mysefl as saturn in libra, ruler of the 9th and 4th venus in capricorn in the 12 conjunct Pluto, but wasnt really any wiser.

so,generally, how would you all read horaries like this? is it just that simple to look at the 9th and 4th house and anys ascpects to the asc ruler ,and look up the sign the ruler of the 9th and 4th is to get closer and pinpoit the country ....or is there more to it?

First of all, that's not a common question, to be honest, and if you're getting this question more than just once it is unusual.

You need to understand what the Querent is really asking. Most probably, if the Querent is asking this type of question, he or she has heard something about his/her ancestors that aroused the Querent's interest. So the real question (I assume) would be more like "is it true what I've heard about my ancestors being Spaniards?" or something like that. More of a true/false question.

"Do I have such-and-such blood" is the last question you ask an astrologer just out of curiosity. That kind of question doesn't just pop up in your mind without a reason for it. You should ask what do they mean by that. Maybe the Querent thinks he or she is a direct descendant of some Spanish king or something.

So I think you should approach it as a true/false news question.

However, if you are convinced that the question is by all means about the Querent's roots, then you should look at the sign on the cusp of the 4th House -- and probably the sign the Lord of the 4th House is in. I'm not sure, though, how you are going to pinpoint the exact country. There are lists of which countries correspond to which signs but how can you be sure they are 100% correct? If it is more about the region than of a specific country, that would probably be easier to decipher.
