In the near future is expected to be released the book of the historian of science from Haverford college Darin Hayton "The Astrologers of Emperor Maximilian I: Nature, Knowledge, and Politics in the Holy Roman Empire" (University of Pittsburgh Press).More info here about the book and the activity of this scholar in the field of the history of astrology in Central Europe you can find here:

From the description it seems that the book it's more about politics than astrology. Still, it might be an interesting read :)
