Solar Fire question

I often work with Solar Fire (largely from old habit), and like to use its triwheel animation; but every time I do so I have to exchange the preselected techniques (such as secondary progressions) for the ones I prefer to work with (such as profections) manually. Does anyone know whether it is possible to change the settings for these animated wheels, and if so, how?

hi martin,
i have never been able to find an option to reset what is pre-selected.. i like the animated bi-wheel option myself.. it always comes with transits automatic in the 2nd outer wheel, which i then change after i first look at that.. i like converting the 360 to the 90 dial.. when i do this in the tri-wheel setting it flattens the degree data by removing the minutes to the positions.. i guess that is why i like the bi-wheel better.. i have solar fire 7.3. version.. maybe this option you would like to see is going to be made available in a later edition.. according to alice mcdermott, the folks at solar fire are receptive to input and like receiving it.. perhaps you could send them a note for the both of us!
