Suing Our Landlord

1
I'm sharing a chart about a law suit and upcoming hearing that you may be interested in in helping me with. I am the tenant and the "opponent" as I've phrased in the chart is "A". A is 7Houser in this chart, I am taking. I asked "Will I beat A (the building manager)?" In another thread I discussed my problems with bed bugs in our home (we rent) and the sudden decision that the building manager stop helping my family treat the problem. This was after a March heat treatment. I complained soon after we were all still bitten, but they sent a k9 and exclaimed the dog found nothing and the issue is now miraculously eradicated. Well, we still sleep on the kitchen floor in our winter coats (since they are not infested.) The problem has plagued us for about 2 years now and I am sick, depressed, frustrated and hopeless in this situation. I have been accused of being crazy and the public health inspector has made minimal effort to help us. They've installed a bed bug monitor (which is a plastic container with white dm powder around the bed legs.) Still, these critters are impossible to catch and are not showing to the naked eye. I do feel like I'm going completely insane here. So had to make a chart.

WILL I BEAT A IN THIS MATTER? (This means in general if by court or just getting them to do another heat treatment finally etc.)

The facts in the chart show

I am Moon at 27 04 degrees Taurus in 6H but applying square to Mars and applying trine to MC. Virgo 26 20 Cusp AC. I consider A my opponent here in the case, my open enem y. I take her as the 7H Mercury Rx in fall and detriment both. This debilitates her to act in the right way, in an honest manner, with any strength or power. This is a lot of debility showing they are not being timely with treatments, responsive to our health or even humane. I think that her Mercury Rx state shows she knows she must go back and thoroughly take care of this matter at some point.

Moon is in exaltation and deposited by Venus in dignity. If success in tis matter is 10h ruled that is unfortunately Mercury Rx here. Mercury in favour of her/the building. POF is in the 10H success and what is it doing there? How much can I rely on POF?

It looks like Moon may eventually trine Saturn and that is ruler of the 2nd. May be my family receives compensation for this? The "enemy" here is ruled by me though the success of the matter is ruled by them. I am not able to form a real conclusion about this.

If you have a comment, I am dying to hear it. Looking forward to reading your thoughts.

Hi Talia,

Are you going to bring action to court against the manager or assert your rights other way?

If this is the case, the concern is the serious essential debility of Mercury, the lord of MC, the judge.

When it comes to fighting the essential force of a planet matters little, angularity is that does. Mercury is angular here (showing force to fight), its essential debility (in a double - bodied sign) tells what kind of person your manager is. The good news is that Jupiter disposes Mercury, but disposition alone does not guarantee victory, I know it very well from judging a multitude of soccer charts.

I will have to look up your soccer charts. Your post reminded me that we should be careful. If A, the building manager and the judge are both in fall and detriment, and working together and angular, they can cause me harm beyond just losing a court battle. I am up against some shady characters that's for sure. I won't lie and say I'm not anxious.

What about Mercury combust with Sun? It rules L9 legal matter. North node in L1. I am reaching, I know.

Talia, the Moon at 27 Tau Can Not eventually connect with Saturn at 27 Li; as that is in the next sign, rather Luna will have to change signs in order to perfect that aspect.

However, look at Lilly's Ca I under "Significations of the seventh House....". Lilly has a lawsuit on page 369 & 372.

In CA II, p.369;
CHAP. LII.

Who shall doe best in a suit of Law.

[This shall be more copiously handled, ere I conclude the judgements of this 7th house.]

If the Lord of the Ascendant and 7th be in angles, weither shall overcome: See which is joyned to an evil Planet in a cadent house, that Party shall be overcome: If both be joyned to Infortunes, both Parties will be undone by the Suit, or receive infinite prejudice. If the one be strong and the other weake, and he that is strong be not cadent, nor joyned to an Infortune; and he that is ill dignifyed, or in a weake quarter of Heaven or House, I say, if he be not in his owne House, or Exaltation, or with a good Planet; then the strongest in the Scheame overcomes.

He that is but meanly strong in the Figure, seems very fearfull; sometimes he hopes to win, at othertimes to loose: and observe this in Questions, concerning Warres and Kingdomes, the Fortitude of a Planet is greater in his Exaltation then in his House, in all other Questions quite contrary.
But first one can see the querant, Venus in the 6th, and the VOC Moon in Tau in the 6H; both describe you as the tenant.

As most of us know Bonatus said 'the VOC Moon may or can act in Tau, Can, Sag, and Pis', so this is a truly tough call Luna is void of any Ptolemaic aspects.

See p. 372 of CAII, under "
Of a Law-suit or Controversie betwixt two, who shall speed best, or whether they shall compound, or have the matter taken up or not before they doe goe to Law.
But this one because of the Moon being VOC is going to possibly need Lilly's point system applied providing it can work at all with the VOC Moon.

Does the hour ruler correspond in this horary?

Hi Janis and Clinton

I thought I should update the proceedings. I've attended the hearing but it was adjourned. I was able to give my side (opening) but the landlord did not respond. It had to be adjourned. This was May 4. They still have not set a date for the rest of the hearing. I'm at my wits end. I don't know what to tell my children anymore to soothe them. I was looking for a Saturnian postponement hiccup here but couldn't find anything showing this occurence now. This is so bad. The way we live now. People are so inhumane.

Hi Talia

Thank you for updating. No surprise that the hearing was adjourned, R Mercury (lord of DSC and MC, the manager and the judge) does such things. Dodging is a person's signified by a R planet (in particular Mercury) favourite behaviour how to deal things.

Since both the manager and the judge are R Mercury disposed by Jupiter, the querent and the outcome, perhaps you can make good use of dispositorship and challenge the judge or there is other legal way out. You should consult a trustworthy lawyer (if possible) to find some solution at this stage.

The Moon perfects nothing while she in Taurus; her next aspect (after entering into Gemini) is a square to Mars, the lord of the 12th, both the pushing Moon and the receiver of disposition (Mars) under rulership of Mercury. This cannot be allowed. Try to fight and get upper hand at this moment. The Moon has recently separated from Mercury, this is like a disregard, abandonment, lack of interest, etc. in what is signified by Mercury.

Sorry I didn't see your post until now. I don't see a notification.

I am afraid to challenge, but can't live like this. If dispositorship can be so strong, (I thought it would help me in general) then I will try. I'm afraid of angering the judge and then having this backlash on us in the judgement.

Technical question: Moon perfects nothing while in Taurus. Isn't this the end of the story then? I know we don't count out of sign aspects so I don't understand. What you said here is so important: Try to fight and get upper hand at this moment. This would be my chance. Last question, Moon is the one separating from Mercury. Should this not mean "MY" disregard and abandonment? I am the action-maker. But you are right, that would not make logical sense. Just want to understand why it doesn't work that way.

But with Lilly and other authors the Moon is NOT void of course, because she is already in application to another planet, Mars. (Lilly, CA, p. 112). Thus things go on.

Still progressing. Somewhat.

Today I called again to speed up the re-adjournment date and finally got a date. July 26 we'll meet again. There will be a new judge! I didn't see this in the chart, except for Mercury Rx causing this. I don't understand how one can hear my side of the case and then they switch judges at the adjournment? I am really hoping something can be done. I wrote a letter trying to get the upper hand and get them to move it today even after we heard about the date unofficially on the phone. My family is really stressed out and desperate. It's crazy.
