I am one of these people who often reads the bibliography prior to reading a book, because I like to see how the author put his information together.

Hi All, yes I am planning to do a new edition with the ref notes incorporated, more illustrations and some additional material. Over the last couple of months I have been gathering together and producing the new illustrations as well as trying to map out the shape new material - hopefully Ill be done by the end of the year.
