Hi
How do we interpret profections?
Like normal transits?
E.G. This year Leo rises and places my natal Sun in 6th house. Should I interpret it as a dificult year,with health problems, bad luck etc, and use rulers too?

You have to combine Time Lords, profections and Solar return.
Valens Says that a planet(s) in a place (6th in your case) is (are) more important than a planet ruling a place.
