Directing the syzygy

I wonder if anyone has come across directions of the prenatal syzygy in ancient or medieval texts, outside its use as hyleg/aphetes for lifespan calculation? In other words, I'm wondering if the syzygy was ever directed as a significator of anything else in particular, and if so, of what.
Any textual references would be most welcome!
