Both the C ingress and the A ingress show Neptune over Spain and Portugal.
I would expect major flood,cyclone. There were strong winds and rain recently but I expect something major cause floods and winds happen every years these days.
I wonder if Sun in Sagitarius square Neptune might be a trigger?
