Nice piece of work by Hand and Schmidt

I've removed the link after concerns from a forum member that there seems to be a violation of copyright in the reproduction of this work on Scribd.

I think that is clearly the case, and see a number books available on Scribd where copyright violation would be a concern. Please be careful about posting links to Scribd unless you are sure that no one's copyright is being infringed.

Thanks Chris - I'll delete that post and PM the thread-starter. I was under the impression that dragonqueen was in the publishing business, so ought to know better.
