i have a number of your books that i have bought via book depository(owned by amazon) which sends books free anywhere in the world..
help me out with the math.. how much does it cost for shipping and handling - cheapest rate possible) to canada from where you are? i want to know if i can actually benefit any from the 20% discount you are graciously offering.
