According to Rethorius some disjunct signs ,the ones of equal rising,or of the same zone, like Capricorn/Gemini and Aries/Pisces have symphaty for each other.
How does that afffect the houses,if Capricorn is risng and Gemini Sun is in 6th?Does the 6th remain evil?

Those signs "see" each other because they are antiscion to each other...

Sure.But suppose my 8th house sign is of equal rise or anti scion or has the same ruler as the ASC. Does the 8th house becomes favourable?
