The American Federation of Astrologers (Tucson, Arizona, USA) is currently having a 50 percent off Spring sale on books. Some of James Holden's translations are included as well as his A History of Horoscopic Astrology, 2nd edition in hard copy. There is the option of "International" in the shipping section, but the price can only be confirmed upon purchase of a book. I'm not interested in buying any, so maybe an e-mail will confirm that they can be sent to the UK?

I tried amazon.co.uk as that it where I am and placed an order with Book Depository. In the past I have found them reliable with competitive prices
