Hello everyone,

I was browsing Project Hindsight's old translations here. Then I realised there's no Book II Tetrabiblos. Does anyone know why Schmidt translated Book I, III and IV but not Book II?

Actually, I think he never translated it but meant to. Does anyone know what is happening at Project Hindsight?

Nope, if you check the link here at the bottom of the page, the "Companion to the Greek Track" is out of print, but it still remained on the list.

Hmm, perhaps. I contacted Ellen about the book, no response yet. Let's wait and see.

Hello everyone,

I got a response from Ellen Black the other day. She said Schmidt did not translate Book II because he prioritised the translation of the texts dealing with natal astrology. If I remember correctly, Book II was about mundane astrology. There we have it.
