Nakshatras and babylonian calendar

Good evening,
I recently found an article that speaks about an ancient relationship between the nakshatras and the babylon calendar.
It says that previously to Ashvini being considered the first nakshatra (associated with Aries), Krittica was the first, and it was aligned exactly with 0? Taurus (not sure if tropical or sidereal 0? Taurus).
Does anyone knows about this issue, or any mention in ancient writings? And if yes in what writings/sources? Or is it just plain extrapolation? Doesn't seem so, though...
Any help would be apreciated.
Kind regards,
Kepler
