Here is the chart. I've been wanting to study here for about five years, it's a pretty competitive university in a specific field!
My question is Am I a good candidate?
I cringe at this chart!
I am Venus in fall...That is bad...or could be indicating my deep insecurity. University is ruler of the Ninth=Saturn in Sagittarius.
Both are separating by a square. I am about to apply to Jupiter which is a benefit planet but it's in detriment. Moon is somewhat nice in Pisces. It's sitting all there by itself, void. I think I'm going to say no...I shouldn't even bother applying!

I may be a bit late to comment but the Moon being Void of Course is a sign that the querent is hesitant to act at all and therefore nothing will happen. I would say it might be good to apply anyway (if it is not too late) regardless of what the horary says. I think in general it is better to go for something and then cast a horary chart rather than let the astrology prevent you from taking a risk. You never know where a failed attempt might lead until you take the plunge!

Yes you were right! I decided to postpone my application. I didn't apply. But you are right, I don't think it would be a good idea to cast a horary if really want to apply in the future to universities! It will only discourage me.
