book on david pingree

i was intrigued by the title of a book (From astral omens to astrology : from Babylon to Bi?ka?ner) by david pingree that margherita had mentioned in another thread.. the title included the name of a place in india - bikaner - where i had almost made it to in my travels in india.. at any rate, while looking at titles of david pingree i happened to see there is a book on him -
