Determination of the Kurios - Porphyry

Hello, can anyone provide me with an excerpt of Porphyry's instructions on determining the Kurios (or, Lord of the Nativity) ? I already have Definitions and Foundations so I am looking for excerpts from the other two translations.
In particular I want to know the second method of determining the Kurios. Here is Schmidt's translation:
"Others define the lord of the nativity as firstly, the lord of the Hour-Marker or a planet embarking (epibaino) upon its domicile and confines; next that of Selene; then that of the Lot of Fortune, then that planet making an arising or sinking appearance..."
