I'm experimenting with the Almuten of Marriage.
Bonatti says it is taken from - together with the cusp of the 7th and the L7 and the part of Marriage- Venus and Moon.
My question is WHAT ABOUT WOMEN?
Should we consider the same planets Venus and Moon or should we take Mars and the Sun? Lilly explicitly says "First, their Significators are Sun and Mars who in Womens Nativities have most signification. Secondly, the 7th house and Lord thereof.
Thirdly, the Planet or Planets in the 7th." CA book III

Thanks for the reply, Tom. It makes more sense to me too. Did something like that with Morinus with: 7th house, L7, planets in the 7th, Mars, Saturn, Part of Marriage (Asc+ venus-saturn - in the day )

I think mens part of marriage is calculated from saturn to venus the reverse for women this is hermes method which abu mashar favors over valens method
