Sideral longitudes of Nakshatras , Xi?, Manazils, Scythians

There is already topics on this subject so i am hesitating creating a new one
I think there is people more advanced than me on this topic. Do books or other sources that talk about ancient unequals lunar mansions ? If their boundaries start from precise longitude or stars. I found a software Inner Sky Electrum where there is equals and inequals mansions nakshatra, manazils, xi? and mysterious scythian lunar mansions maybe longitudes were speculated by the author of this software.

I wonder what are the sources for those scythians mansions and their illustrations. I know there is theories that state that their was no precise boundaries until the equal 27/28 divisions.
