Textbook for Hellenistic Astrology

Hello, do you know any textbooks or sources from which I can learn Hellenistic mundane astrology and event astrology? I have just studied event astrology from Carmen Astrologicum but I can't grasp much knowledge as it is not systematic for me. I just know Moon plays important role in event astrology. That's it.

There's also the Riley translation of Vettius Valens online somewhere. I prefer the Schmidt translation, but both translators admit there's significant problems with their translated texts.
I also started writing software for Hellenistic astrological techniques back in 1997 (the first to do so in Windows).
