Planetdance Freeware - Carter's Poli-Equatorial Houses

Hi there - Jean Cremer's has recently updated his freeware offering to include the latest version of Swiss Ephemeris. This includes the option to use Charles Carter's little known and undervalued house system: poli-equatorial houses.
Jean has kindly made this house system available through Planetdance.
