Thanks Mark, and everyone. I got back home yesterday afternoon, but I think it is going to take me a few days to get my energies back - what with two presentations of a frighteningly serious lecture and all the socialising, the last week has felt like a lot of hard work :).

I was lucky to know Charles Harvey personally and to work with him on a couple of projects - he was an extremely inspirational man; so it's great to get this award in his honour.

The award itself changed this year - instead of the Mercury statue the AA now present a glass statue which incorporates elements of their 'blue star' design. I'll post a photo soon.

Thanks again - and thanks to everyone at the AA conference and the Lodge for some great astrology, and the kind of weekend that I'm really getting too old for!

Here's a couple of pictures published by the AA. The first - in which I try not to look too pleased - shows a picture of the new award.

Gosh

Thanks Tara - and thanks Astrae and Susan for your comments, which were so lovely.

I'm wary that I've had to ignore a lot of interesting threads in the forum over the last few weeks, but this has been a very active period and I'm currently packing and preparing handouts for a series of events in America - I'll be away until the end of October. I'll try to post full details of the events before I leave. Its been great to get the spotlight for a while, but it will also be great to get back to a quieter period with a little more time in it ...

Take care Tara
